POTS Replacements provides advisory, assessment, coordination, and project management services related to the identification and replacement of legacy analog (POTS) communication lines used for life-safety and related systems, including but not limited to:

  • Gate and access control systems
  • Security and monitoring systems

Services may be delivered directly by Sequentex, Inc. or through approved third-party suppliers, carriers, installers, or technology partners within the Sequentex portfolio.

2. No Emergency Services

POTS Replacements does not provide emergency services or real-time emergency monitoring. You are responsible for maintaining all required life-safety systems and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

3. Assessments & Estimates

Any assessments, reviews, recommendations, timelines, or cost estimates provided are informational only and based on the information available at the time. They do not constitute guarantees of performance, compliance, pricing, or outcomes.

Final scope, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by separate written agreements with Sequentex, Inc. and/or applicable third-party providers.

4. Third-Party Providers

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Certain services may be performed by independent third-party providers
  • POTS Replacements acts as an advisor, coordinator, or facilitator
  • Third-party providers are responsible for their own work, warranties, licensing, insurance, and compliance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POTS Replacements and Sequentex, Inc. disclaim liability for acts or omissions of third-party providers.

5. Communications & Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from POTS Replacements and Sequentex, Inc., including calls, emails, and SMS/text messages, as described in our Privacy Policy.
